Every install ends with a proper test-out — not "flame looks blue, done." If anything reads wrong, we don't leave — we fix it first.
Install labour is $199+HST, gas or electric — old tank removed and hauled away included. The tank is separate, at cost with no markup (see the price cards above).
Rheem, at cost, no markup: 40 gal conventional from $999, 50 gal power vented $1,548. You can check these prices yourself at Home Depot — that's the point of selling them at cost.

Yes. Rheem's manufacturer warranty (up to 6 years depending on the model) plus a 1-year warranty on our labour.
120–140°F works for most homes. 120°F is the safe everyday minimum — keeps Legionella bacteria from multiplying and protects against scalds. If you want hot water that kills Legionella on contact, set it to 140°F. If anyone in the house is at risk of burns, keep it at 120.
Yes. Before any work starts we lay waterproof neoprene floor runners over your carpets and flooring, so there are no drips, dirt, or marks on your floors when we're done.
